Bookkeeping and Payroll services
- Monthly services include sales tax preparation, payroll tax deposits, bank and credit card reconciliation and financial statements.
- Payroll processing based on your schedule, including quarterly and annual reporting and tax filings. Manage deductions such as 401K, child support and garnishments.
- Accounts Payable, invoicing and Accounts Receivable
- Monthly billing and collections
- Computer setup and software training
- Set up licenses and tax accounts for new businesses and customized reporting
Property Management
- Day to day operations of checking mail, paying accounts payable invoices and utilities, making deposits and providing reports to the board as they are requested.
- Complete bookkeeping, reconciliation of checking account, year end reporting for tax return.
- Set up new homeowners, sending welcome letters to gather contact information and inform them of the covenants and requirements for approval of any changes to their lot/home. I would be the contact person for relationships with the residents and to request an ARC change, send the request to the board and inform the homeowner of the ARC board decision with any stipulations. I will also distribute and maintain gate/pool keys and records.
- Provide a quarterly newsletter for the homeowners with upcoming events, etc.
- Maintain an active homeowner list with all contact information.
- Perform yearly audit of homeowners via courthouse records for the purpose of maintaining an accurate resident database and current fee collection.
- Issue invoices for HOA dues. Maintain Accounts Receivable, send late notices and collect late fees for past due homeowners. File a lien if needed.
- Be available for the annual HOA meeting, board meetings, prepare financial statements for meetings and board members as requested.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the neighborhood website.
